Rebecca is the Chief Whip of the Conservative Party. She is in charge of keeping order in the Parliamentary Conservative Party.
She had a very prominent role in the 2023 Coronation of King Charles III.
MP for Castle Point, Rebecca was a prominemt member of the Party here is Brent, as an Deputy Chairman of Hampstead & Kilburn Conservatives.
She has long championed the Daylight Saving Bill which would have moved Britain onto Central European Time
A long campaigner for Animal rights, she introduced Pets (Microchips) Bill which would requires pet owners’ consent to put down their animals. She is a strong Women’s rights advocate campaigning for protection against domestic abuse and support for victims, and campaigned for the women and families who were affected after taking sodium valproate during pregnancy.
