CEO of the Conservative Party 2022 - 2024
Lord Massey was CEO of the Conservative Party from November 2022 to December 2024. He will be speaking about the last General Election campaign from inside CCHQ. Following that General Election, he was appointed to the House of Lords in Rishi Sunak’s Resignation Honours List in May 2025. He will also be speaking about the future of the Conservative Party and other events in the House of Lords.
He began his political journey as Chairman of Belsize Ward subsequently became Association Chairman of Hampstead and Highgate Conservative Association. He is currently the Association Patron. He is also a former Chairman of Conservative Friends of Israel.
He started working in the City in 1975 (pre-university) and, after a successful career as CEO of Prudential-Bache, he founded Eden Financial in 2005, which was acquired by Canaccord Genuity in 2012. He became Chairman of the Canaccord UK wealth management business in 2014 and Chairman of the investment banking business in 2019.
The evening will be kindly hosted by Juliette Graham, who was selected as our candidate for Frognal for the coming Camden Council election.
