David is a London‑based, Camden born & raised, dual‑chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and Planning & Development Surveyor (MRICS) with over 12 years’ experience working on and delivering major infrastructure, regeneration and community‑focused development projects in London and the South-East.
I volunteered for 3+years as a Metropolitan Police Special Constable, serving in Camden and supporting resource-strained local policing. I served our community in emergency calls, during the London Riots in 2011 and the 2012 Olympic Games.
I am a Senior Land & Planning Surveyor at a Public Sector company, where I bring deep expertise in planning law, development viability and stakeholder engagement. I am committed to practical decision‑making, public service and representing Camden’s communities with integrity, rebuilding trust in our institutions.
I will improve Fortune Green & Camden by putting my professional planning and surveying expertise to work—challenging existing council policies and shaping new, practical solutions that deliver real community benefits, are financially viable, and are self-funding as much as possible.
I will be an effective local councillor because I genuinely listen. I take concerns seriously, act quickly to identify issues, and focus on what matters most to residents—always prioritising local needs over personal or party agendas.
I will deliver results through strong partnerships. By working collaboratively, utilising my extensive stakeholder management skillset. I will share progress and successes to ensure every part of our community feels informed, involved and represented.
With your vote , I look forward to working with you all.
