My name is Jacob Solon, and I’m a proud West Hampstead resident and committed member of the Conservative Hampstead and Highgate Association. I hold a degree in History and Politics, and I am deeply committed to public service.
I previously worked for Sir Hugo Swire, former Conservative MP for East Devon, where I gained valuable parliamentary experience. There, I assisted with constituency casework, parliamentary surveys, and daily operations in his Commons office. I also worked as a research analyst at Centaurus Communications—a leading public affairs firm whose clients have included Prime Ministers, ambassadors, multinational corporations, and NGOs. There, my work included strategic research and supporting business growth initiatives. I also have experience working with the CCHQ membership department, where I called up lapsed members.
At 22 myself, I am keen on continuing to increase youth membership for the Conservative Party in Camden.
